Pace & Profit started with a simple observation: We saw too many brilliant women building successful businesses only to end up exhausted, burnt out, and disconnected from the very lives they were trying to fund.
Kim saw the systems breaking under the weight of growth. Camille saw the founders redlining under the pressure of performance.
We realized that Strategy alone is just a to-do list that leads to burnout. And Mindset alone is just a feel-good talk that doesn’t pay the bills. To build a business that scales and a life that sustains, you need both.

Meet Camille | The Pace
Camille is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) who works with elite performers, including the Rugby Canada Women’s 7s team and high-achieving founders. As a mom to a toddler and a lifelong athlete, she knows exactly what it feels like to manage high-stakes pressure while trying to stay present at home and with her consulting business.
Through her RPM Framework (Regulate, Perform, Maintain), Camille trains the 'Inner Pace' of the founder. She doesn’t just help you manage stress; she teaches you how to regulate your nervous system so you can make high-level decisions with a calm mind. She believes that in business, as in sport, calm is contagious.

Kim is a business coach with 15 years of experience and multiple businesses under her belt. She helps founders grow without being stuck in their business all day, every day.
If your business only works because you’re holding everything together, Kim helps you change that. She simplifies what’s messy, fixes what’s inefficient, and builds systems that let your business run without constant micromanaging.
